A message from UT WFS Fisheries President Justin Wolbert:
Joyce is collecting fish for relocation to the Pigeon River for the last time of the season. I have collected from Walden’s Creek before and it was a blast and a good learning experience. Read  below and contact her if you want to go.
Fish Folks!
We are scheduling our last field trips for the season for Nov. 2  (Wed) and/or  7 (Mon). We will decide which date based on river flow, weather and how many volunteers we can get for each date.
If flows are low enough, we will collect from the Nolichucky River (bluebreast darters, snails), if not we will head to either Walden or Wilhite (Stripetail darters, Northern studfish) Creeks
If you can volunteer for either or both dates, please let me know as soon as possible!
Thanks for your interest!
